Focus T25 Nutrition Guide Review
The Focus T25 Get It Done Nutrition Guide will be a crucial part of you getting fit with the T25 workout program. Eating right will help you be energized for your workout, which will help you burn more calories. You will also be eating less, but feeling full. Choosing the right foods is very important, you would be surprised how full you can get off of less, if you choose the right kinds of food.
Shaun T’s Focus T25 Nutrition Guide is based on the rule of 5. He gives you meals that you can prepare within 5 minutes, that have 5 ingredients and that should be eaten 5 times a day. Eating 5 times a day will boost your metabolism and keep you feeling more full, preventing you from binge eating.
At the beginning of the guide you will be given a 4 question quiz. Your answers will decide whether you should be on a 1200 calorie diet, or a 1600 calorie diet. The Focus T25 nutrition guide shows you how many calories you should be eating for each meal throughout the day. It does state that these are loose guidelines, it advises to not go all day without eating then taking in all your calories for dinner.

The Focus T25 nutrition plan also includes a “Nutrition Trouble Shooting” section. It labels foods that are higher in carbs and meals that are higher in proteins, then provides you with scenarios and situations that each may be more beneficial. For example, if you have a lot of fat to lose, you should be eating the meals marked with the P for higher protein. The “Nutrition Trouble Shooting” part of the Focus T25 nutrition guide also will give you personal challenge scenarios and what foods to overcome them. For example, if you are having a food cravings all day, eat a high protein breakfast, or a breakfast marked with P. I consider myself very knowledgeable with nutrition and typically know what to eat when, but this section of the guide gave me some really good advice and tips that has helped me considerably.
The Focus T25 Meal Plan also gives you 25 “keep it real” foods. These are normal foods that you can have at your home that are ready to eat. That is one thing I like about the T25 meal plan, the food doesn’t seem exotic. There are a few ingredients that may seem strange to some, but are normal foods if you’re already on the path of eating right.
Now on to the actual food part. The Focus T25 Nutrition Guide actually comes with 25 different recipes, all with 5 ingredients or less that can be prepped in about 5 minutes. Most of the recipes are simple, but are actually really good. I will admit that I have already prepared or had most of the meals in the guide, but there were a few that were new to me that I really enjoyed. Keep in mind, I already eat pretty healthy, but I was able to pick up some new ideas. You will be surprised how many more meals you will come up with once you get a grasp for the meal style. Once you understand the ingredients and how the meals are prepped in the Focus T25 meal guide, you will be able to start creating your own meals. It’s not just hand holding, but also education so you can start making your own delicious healthy creations!
One other thing I really like about the T25 Nutrition Guide, is the fact that he incorporates different Shakeology recipes. You don’t have to use Shakeology, but if you want to greatly increase the speed and amount of your results, you will want to check it out!

What I don’t like.
Nothing is perfect, and although the Focus T25 meal plan is fantastic it’s not a long term solution. It gives you meals, if you eat them with your Focus T25 workout, you will lose weight. The problem is, there is not really much in teaching. You don’t gain a lot of knowledge about how to eat in the future and make the right choices. The meals it comes with are great, but what happens when you need to come up with more meals? I could not have got the results I have achieved without learning the science around how my body works and what foods make it work better. Which foods I need to eat to make my body burn fat faster. That’s where the Fat Loss 4 Idiots comes in. It’s a program that is going to teach you how to eat right and turn your body into a fat burning furnace. The Focus T25 5 day fast track meal plan and kick start guide is pretty awesome! It will give you lot’s of useful tips and tricks to getting off to a good start with Focus T25. In most cases people are going to see results after just one week if they stick to this 5 day fast track meal plan. You will follow the first week on the Alpha workout calendar, but Shaun T gives you exactly what to eat every day of your first 5 days. It’s not always easy sticking exactly with a meal plan as stated, but if you stick as close as you can, results will come.
